The solution applied in Ho Tay Water Park is to use QR code to sell services online and offline. The customers buying services in Ho Tay Water Park will receive a ticket with QR code. In case they buy the services online, they will receive an email with QR code. This solution helps not only to enhance the customer experiences compared to the former way with normal paper tickets and human-controlling at the gate, but also not to change the core business flow.
