To bring to customers the best service in support, CS-Solution has built a standard and professional process.
To bring to customers the best service in support, CS-Solution has built a standard and professional process as following steps:
1.       Each customer are allocated an ID and password to login and send request information.
2.       Customers login to the system and send requests or questions to CS-Solution support team.
3.       All requests are marked with a code (request code) and are reported in the system
4.       All the work not done yet will be notified in pop-up every day; and at deadline support team will inform the customers about the status of their requirements.
5.       After customer confirms that the work they request is done, the request code status is turned to “Close”.
6.       Customer can attach file and image to describe their request.
7.       All requests will be categorized and sent to support team who is responsible for that solution.



Moreover, if customer needs direct support for the issues raising when they work on the system, customer can:
-          Call directly to support team
-          Send messages through skype to support team

Supporting customers whenever they need is our first and priority duty in service. It is also a fundamental of our company’s development.
